So here is my first post. The sun is out shining and I spent part of the day at Lake Wendouree with my husband and two children. Is it just me or does everyone flock to Lake Wendouree as soon as the sun starts shining? People were out having picnics and riding bikes. Kids were swarming the playground and pet owners were walking their dogs. The ice-cream van was out and they had activities on the water to do. I must admit, one of my favourite parts of living in Ballarat is having the luxury of Lake Wendouree. We are so lucky. So it you are a resident or visitor, get down to Lake Wendouree. Take a picnic. Go for a walk. Ride a bike. Read a book. View the Botanical Gardens. Enjoy!
