Well as I think about what I am going to do this long weekend, I realise there is no need to leave Ballarat. There is so much going on here. Why would I want to leave?
Maybe you are sitting at home wondering what you will be doing. Perhaps a day trip to Ballarat might be on the cards?

- In 2012 I moved back to my home town of Ballarat in Victoria, Australia. Join me as I re-discover Ballarat, one of Victoria's largest inland cities, famous for the Goldfields. You may be a resident, tourist or new comer to Ballarat. I hope to provide you with useful information about Ballarat as I re-discover my home town. I will also provide information on places which are a short drive from Ballarat. So residents and visitors come and discover Ballarat with me.

Great round up. Excellent work :)ReplyDelete
LOVE the Begonia Festival. It seemed like it died off for a few years there, but it's made a huge comeback in the last couple of years. I'm stoked to see Costa!ReplyDelete
I think there is an Antique Fair on this weekend too. And with such beautiful weather it's all here in our back yards!
....many trips on the old bike are in store this weekend.
